Based on written accounts from the late 19th to early 20th century, it is clear that the composition and density of bird species during this period was very different...

This would make one heck of a good soundtrack for a yard haunt, especially something witchy or haunted swamp/forest.
0:54 Oh so that's where they got the friendly call for the Hypsilophodon in The Isle from, wow they barely even altered it.
3:52 this one is my favourite

Mockingbirds are bullys and if you have them you wont have much else. They can mimic all the rest and then some and I never tire of hearing them.

Bar headed Goose
What hurts so much is what these climate/geoengineers are doing to these beautiful creatures with tons and tons of spray from the stratosphere each day. It has to stop!!
6:25 My grandma and her friends at an antique store
The second bird on this video sounds like a disco rhythm and I’m a disco fan and when I heard that I died laughing I wish we had that bird here in the US that would be hilarious. I’d be dancing every morning.🤣🪩
The Laughing Kookaburra starred in ever Tarazan movie and still stars in virtually every jungle movie put out.😂

Omg! The very 1st bird call was used in a very old animated science fi movie! About humans kept as pets by giant purple aliens.
If dinosaurs of today sound like that, just imagine what the dinosaurs of old sounded like, fascinating.
Birds are robots
Willow grouse , many nights camping being woken up by their godawful sound at first light

In the forest today on a hike in the Catskill mtns, I was blessed by the songs of the Wood Thrush. So beautiful & ethereal 🌸🐦🌸

I always love to get up from the bed awakened by the singing of the birds on the trees nearby.
Wonderful!! Thank you for this!
My cat normally likes to watch wildlife clips but as soon as the Barn Owl started screeching, he bolted straight out the room and hid under my bed. 🐈⬛
The closest we'll know what dinosaurs sounded like
My alarm clock: 6:48
So beautiful birds
ok does anyone know what bird is calling in the background of the "ferruginous pygmy owl" section? I hear it all the time where I live. I thought *that* was an owl but I can't seem to find a matching call in this video otherwise.
It's a mourning dove.
The Cassowary even sounds like a dinosaur.
the last two i love. reminds me of the woodrush. i love that sound so much. fairy forest vibes
The Bush Stone Curlew - My Recording marksfieldnotes.blogspot.com/2020/10/bush-stone-curlew.html
